Plate Rolling for a variety of metal parts
 |
Our plate rolling capabilities offer more than just standard cylinder forming. CNC, bump forming, and roll bending fabrication methods allow us to manufacture a variety of parts from multiple materials, which include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and HSLA/Domex. The maximum part length that we can produce is 13 ft with a maximum thickness of .75 in. The tonnage is variable. CNC machining enables us to perform multi-radius bends, flats between bends, and complicated parts. In addition to plate rolling, we also provide sand blasting, painting, and welding services to finish the product. Lead times run 2 to 3 weeks but we have the ability to rush a project to meet a customer deadline. We work with numerous industries and meet industry standards, as described in the table below.
Chicago Metal Fabricators has over 100 years of experience in fabrication. Contact us for more information on our plate rolling services. |
